What Steven Marterer doesn't like about Panera Bread:
I ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches with extra bacon $30,they informed me it would be an upcharge for the bacon that was fine but where's the extra bacon(picture included) Now this isn't the first time I've been treated rudely at this location. 8/10 times the meal I ordered was not what I got? Great portions, and the sweet lady at the front counter is such a joy, and super helpful when trying to figure out portion sizes.
Terrible customer service. Masked and rude, the standard in Olympia now.
Waiting 30 minutes for your food while your staff goofs off at the counter is not a good look. Receipt said I ordered at 7:55PM, didn’t receive my food until 8:30Pm. Atrocious.
This was my first visit. Not what I had hoped. Left full but unsatisfied with food. Probably would not revisit.
