I have visited this particular location more than 10 times and the food and service are consistently excellent. Keep up the great work!

Outstanding service when they were really busy today

Today, when I entered Emerald City Smoothie in Olympia, WA, I was not greeted. Instead, the male staff member went to watch the Super Bowl preview on TV. I waited behind two customers at the counter before attempting to place my order. The female staff member briefly glanced at me before turning away to wash blender lids. After a few more minutes of waiting, I decided to loudly announce that I was going to Jamba Juice with my son and left. At Jamba Juice, I was promptly greeted and able to place my order.

I usually loooove this place. Today I paid $18 to use DoorDash and order my usual acai bowl. I was disappointed when it came with 1/2 the normal amount of blended acai/fruit with large chunks of ice and too much chia seeds for the amount given. It wasn't edible. No big deal but when I called the store to let them know the girl was short and very rude. All she had to say was that she would let whoever made it know for the next time they make one. Horrible customer service.
