Often short staffed, long lineups, staff are often overwhelmed and overworked! I stood in line for more than 15 minutes and I left. You see a lot of flies around the open containers where the bagels are and even where the doughnuts are. The staff is friendly though. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
I go to this location almost everyday before I start my work at 3.00pm . I never experience this before but today Nov 08 I went inside instead of drive thru and ordered for stepped tea . I saw 2 pots and asked Front counter lady nicely if I can get it from fresh pit as 2nd pot was almost empty , the lady rudely replied " well that's the only pot we have " no smile . Great tim hortons! I ordered an breakfast biscuits without cheese and she got my order right (what I guess) tim hortons is a great option if they are.
I had to have a last double-double fix before edmonton. her coffee is very addictive. both their ice cream and regular coffee are the same.
I love this tim hortons location. it is only outside the customs barrier. In the morning and evening, th has greeted me with the delightful smell.
Long line up at drive thru. Went inside. Super friendly staff. XL steap tea. Also got 2 tim cards for friends birthday.
