Wild Bill's - Niseko

This is the first restaurant in the area that I found serving a delicious veggie burger. The portion size was generous and the drink options were also impressive. It's a fun spot to bring a group to after a day on the slopes. (Updated from a previous review on 2023-02-26)

This vegan Mexican food is truly delicious! We tried the nachos, tacos, and fajitas and they were the best Mexican dishes I've ever had. They even offer vegan cheese.

Delicious and satisfying blend of flavors, including a unique dish featuring vegan cheese (a rare find in Hokkaido) in a gum taco. Another standout dish was the nachos topped with vegan cheese, guacamole, and roasted potatoes served with chipotle aioli.

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The vegan Mexican food was incredibly delicious. We tried the nachos, tacos, and fajitas, all of which were the best Mexican dishes I have ever had. And they even offer vegan cheese as an option!
