Although this place is extremely pricy it is good. I would skip their fancy drinks they are 1,500 yen and not worth it. But they have a few different vegan options and not the topical ones. They have a veggie burger for lunch but stop serving at 4:00 when their tapas start.
I tried the veggie sandwich with square flat bread, guacamole, and fries. It was the perfect meal before heading back to the slopes, and the cozy atmosphere with large windows overlooking the view made the experience even more enjoyable.
The only vegan options available at this restaurant are hummus and pita, edamame, and patatas bravas without the mayo. These dishes were all tasty, but it seems like they have removed the vegan sandwich from the menu. I would not recommend coming here unless you have limited options.
Food was tasty and creative, but expensive. We went at lunch time and there was 1 vegan option (veggie toast). We had 2 of those, a side of chips and 2 oat milk lattes (total was ¥6100). Would have been keen to try the risotto on the dinner menu if we’d gone a bit later.
I called in advance and was told that there were very few options available, with the only vegan dishes likely being hummus and edamame due to the risotto containing Parmesan cheese. When I arrived for lunch, I discovered that the tapas menu was only available after 3:30pm and there were no vegan options on the lunch menu.
