During my recent trip, I had a chicken sandwich that left me quite appalled. When I opened it, I discovered that an employee had taken a bite out of it! It's unacceptable; they should either allow their staff time to eat their own meals or take appropriate measures. I hope a health inspector pays them a visit soon. Even the manager was taken aback by this incident! It was truly disgusting!
I found ants in my drink. Instead of a replacement, I was offered a refund for the drink instead.
This Carl Jr. is rude and unprofessional, we pulled in tonight to order dinner when the car in front of us pulled ahead we pulled up and were asked nicely what we would like to eat, when we started giving our order a guy jumps on the mic and say's we are closed and the car in front of us was the last customer, he didn't apologize or any remorse. this was at 9PM I looked at my watch and it said 9:01 so we had been in line before their close time only to be rudely told that we wouldn't be served. five minutes later we were driving through the parking lot and noticed someone else backing out of the drive thru, Carls Jr. still had all their lights on including the drive through lights. Very poor service this time.
Went through the drive through the other day. Got a chicken sandwich. Opened it up and someone working took a bite out of my chicken sandwich!!!!! Either give your workers time to eat (their own food) or fire them. Hope the health inspector pays you avisit soon. Even the manager couldn?t believe it!!!! Disgusting!!!!
Check your order before leaving when going thru the drive thru and walk in ! Always missing something. The food taste is normal Carl's Jr.
