Don't come inside they will treat you like you don't exist, the people working will look right at you and completely ignore you. If you ask for service they will just ignore you giving priority to their drive through patrons while completely ignoring the guests inside! This place is a joke!

Pulled up when they opened and the person said, welcome to Carls Jr. what can I get you, in an extremely lackluster voice. I then asked if they do burgers for breakfast and after FIVE MINUTES of silence another voice came on and said, we don 't open for ten minutes. Site says the open at 7am I got there at 7:10am. I find it so interesting that a job in food used to require at least some customer service skill. It 's starting to seem like the fast food industries never have their ducks in a row. I 'm not expecting a free meal or anything but at the very least apologize for the inconvenience. Sorry we don 't open for ten more minutes, I worked in customer service for almost ten years. Honestly I can say that if you can 't work at a fast food restaurant and have some form of manner then you don 't deserve a job at all. After I waited till 7:30am I came back and they still weren 't done with their opening procedures and I had watched. Finally had my food at 7:35 that 's 35 minutes after their opening.

During my recent trip, I had a chicken sandwich that left me quite appalled. When I opened it, I discovered that an employee had taken a bite out of it! It's unacceptable; they should either allow their staff time to eat their own meals or take appropriate measures. I hope a health inspector pays them a visit soon. Even the manager was taken aback by this incident! It was truly disgusting!

Make sure to check your order before leaving, whether you’re using the drive-thru or going inside! They often forget items. The food taste is just average.
