However, there's a new girl on the night shift, the one with the emo style, who really needs better training. She didn’t greet me at all, even when I said hello first. She took my order twice, and both times she made faces while doing so. I’m not sure if she’s overworked, unhappy, or just unprofessional. On the bright side, the guy working with her was very helpful and humble.

The experienced staff is mostly excellent, though there are a few exceptions. The entrance to the driveway is shared with a nearby truck stop, which often leads to traffic jams that spill over onto the highway. It can be quite challenging to navigate if you're unfamiliar with the area, making it notoriously frustrating for locals.

When I complained about this the lady just changed the lid of the tea. This was really rude and cold behaviour of the tim Hortons member .

I stopped here while driving through. It's the only Tim Horton's I've seen with parking spaces for trucks and RV's. I was towing a trailer so one of these overs... read more I stopped here while driving through. It's the only Tim Horton's I've seen with parking spaces for trucks and RV's. I was towing a trailer so one of these oversized spaces next to the store was welcome. Store was modern and as clean as it could be for being packed. The staff did a fairly good job of keeping up with the demand. Unfortunately there was a group of about 20 East Indians that refused to speak English, took up a lot of space, blocking the main door inside, the counters for order pickup and hallway to the washrooms. They were extremely uncooperative in moving aside when asked. They simply didn't care about anyone else. Worst is that they also took up 4 tables and only three of them bought coffees only. Pretty pathetic and the staff were not pleased, either. There's nothing they could do about it. GO AHEAD, call me racist. I don't much care. I'm calling it the way I saw it. Overall a great place for a stopover. I'll stop here again.

It's conveniently located next to a truck stop and across from an Esso gas station that features KFC Express and Pizza Hut. There's no problem parking overnight, and it's a safe spot. However, the line can get quite long, which can be a bit frustrating. That said, people here are generally understanding and friendly. If you don't mind a little wait, it's a great place to grab something and go. In summary, try not to be too picky or complain about minor issues; the staff is doing their best to serve everyone in a limited timeframe.

We visited se... read more I imagine it must be challenging to find good help in Nipigon, which was evident by how long it took to prepare a standard order at this location. We visited several times during our fishing trip, and for the most part, they handled the usual coffee and tea items quite well. However, when it came to sandwiches, we experienced a wait of about 10 minutes, even when there wasn’t a long line. Considering that this is the only Tim Hortons between Thunder Bay and Nipigon, it’s easier to be patient, as there are no other options available. On a positive note, there is ample truck and boat parking next to the store, as well as plenty of spaces for cars. Overall, we should be grateful there’s even a Tim Hortons in this town—things could certainly be worse.

At times, your hot coffee can turn cold while you wait for the rest of your order to arrive. Other times, everything comes out in a flash. It really depends on the speed of the staff.
