We had come last year for a lunch and the experience was pleasant. this time for a dinner with the star, 4 menu and wine for a little over 300€. very correct in price and the quality of the dishes is at the rendezvous. the only black point, the complication in the dishes that is not necessarily explained during the service, this can lead to taste the dish without grasping all the subtleties.

I was told that the skab had a star at the michelin and that we shouldn't miss going. She's disappointing. The dishes are not at the height. My friend had ordered a royal dorade, after the aperitif we come to tell us that there is no more royal dorade and that it is replaced by a sar. for me I had taken the red ones. whether it was one or the other dish we were not satisfied, the sar was gray and my redt without flavor. In addition to more than 140 euros per person (including air) the note is salted.
No doubt, the skab continues its progression to the tops. a widely deserved star arrived in February, making it a beautiful reference in the gourmet landscape of Gard. with alban barbette -co-manager - and sommelier of talent, the loop is closed and the last meals we took in this establishment were as many successes. Moreover, the whole band still has a great potential in reserve!. so.
