The serv... read more We ordered the restaurant’s most expensive signature tasting menu expecting a refined dining experience, but unfortunately it was deeply disappointing. The service was extremely slow — we spent nearly 10 minutes trying to get a server’s attention for the next course with no response at all. More importantly, the food itself was genuinely poor. Both the meat and seafood tasted strongly gamey and lacked freshness, while the cooking and seasoning were surprisingly unpleasant throughout the meal. Even the vegetables were poorly prepared and full of tough, stringy fibers. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and view, but the food quality and overall execution absolutely do not justify the high prices. Nous avons pris le menu signature le plus cher en espérant une vraie expérience gastronomique, mais l’ensemble a été très décevant. Le service était extrêmement lent et il fallait attendre longtemps entre les plats. Surtout, la cuisine elle-même était mauvaise : les viandes et fruits de mer avaient un goût très fort et manquaient clairement de fraîcheur. Les assaisonnements étaient désagréables et les légumes mal préparés, pleins de fibres dures. Le cadre est agréable, mais cela ne justifie absolument pas les prix pratiqués.

Careful presentation, impeccable service and professional and attentive staff. the room is spacious and pleasant. as to the view of the arenas, obviously we can't dream better! I strongly advise.
