They do have some more traditional dishes that I don’t particularly enjoy, but it does change with seasons. We’ve been twice and the little dishes and entrees rotate. It’s delicious and we thoroughly enjoy the food.

Philadelphia Roll has smoked salmon, not many have this unique taste, their salmon skin roll is crispy, agedashi tofu, fresh oaster, dragon, spicy tuna, shrimp tempura, spicy mayo mussel, hoo-e-dup Bop, and sauces are traditional and love that. I don’t care for the chicken teriyaki color and taste is not their forte, but sushi is on par. Con: evenings very busy, so get your sushi early.

I chose asparagus roll, becaus... read more Stopped for quick bite for lunch, place was empty and quiet. I like their menus, where you get marker and you mark what you want. I chose asparagus roll, because I have never had one. Same goes for Hawaian roll, which was server's suggestion. I didn'texpect anything spectacular, but I was stunned when the food came. Presentation was outstanding! Taste was on spot as well, Ienjoyed every bite. I heard this is Korean style menu, so I was glad to meet another culture thru food! Server, who I believe isowner too, was friendly and helpful! Will be back to this place
