We waited over 20 minutes for a small roast beef and a roast turkey and Swiss sandwich. Paid $12.77. Sandwiches were about half the size they used to be, and my turkey came with a bonus- possible salmonella from rotted lettuce. There is no way to excusethe lettuce. They saw exactly what they put on my sandwich. If you want to get sick, this is your place.
We waited over 20 minutes for two sandwiches and paid $12.77. The sandwiches were about 1/2 the size they used to be, and the Turkey Club had rotten lettuce on it. Feeling ripped off is bad...almost getting sick is inexcusable. Threw out more than weate.
Fries were very good as well. This Arby's has been great every time I've ate here. Never had a complain. Such a fantastic services and food it was. Definitely satisfied eating here.
Firstly, since when did Arby's stop selling hot ham and cheese sandwiches? When I approached the counter to order, the cashier took their time counting the drawer—no problem—but it would have been nice to at least acknowledge that I was a paying customer and would be helped shortly. I placed my order to eat in, but when it was ready, everything was handed to me in bags. I mentioned it was for dine-in, and the cashier then put the food bag on a tray, after already placing another customer's order directly on her tray. When I tried to get ice for my drink, the machine was empty, so I asked the manager for help. The look on the manager's face made it clear that I was a major inconvenience.
The dining area was closed due to staffing shortages, so we had to eat in the car. It wasn’t ideal, but we had been looking forward to dining inside. The food was, as always, incredibly delicious, and the service was fantastic. We were helped by a cheerful young man who was both articulate and friendly, which we really appreciated. Arby's is quite a distance from us, but the drive is definitely worth it every now and then.
