The restaurant closed 5 hours early without any indication on Google, just a sign on the door. There were several people inside when I arrived. I drove 30 minutes to get there, and it ended up being a complete waste of time and gas. I wish I could give fewer stars. The staff should be ashamed of this situation.
I encountered a situation at this Subway that left me quite disappointed. There was a customer ahead of me with a large order, and once it was completed, Gina began discussing the customer with another employee while she finished making my sandwich. Her remarks were derogatory and quite inappropriate. I found it shameful, and because of this experience, I have decided I will not return to this location. Gina seemed irritated to be finishing my order and completely disregarded my preferences. I've had my fill of this Subway; I'd rather drive to South Bend than come back here again.
