Helpful female employee she helped me to order i couldn't see the menu all that well and she brought me my tray of food to the table and helped me out when i couldn't get
Drive thru employee at night around 10:30 pm on 1/2/23 was confused as what my husband was ordering, but instead of asking us to pull forward to understand the order she insisted with nasty customer service and awful attitude to try to understand what was in our requests. Never should you respond to a customer with rude responses. I’ve worked in food service, and getting our food handed to us without looking at our faces due to her attitude is not acceptable.Thanks to the woman who helped her out with understanding our order. Appreciated her.
We used the app to order dinner for our family, selecting the Niles location and ensuring everything was checked out correctly. However, when we arrived at the restaurant, they informed us that they never received our order. The staff seemed unsure about how to handle the situation, which is understandable, but they did suggest that I fill out a form online. I did that, but never received any response. We ended up with neither our food nor a refund, and I couldn't get any answers regarding a refund. I would definitely recommend avoiding the app.
