Description
A popular Korean restaurant in the Chicagoland area offers large portions and standout dishes like budae jjigae, agoo jjim, and seafood pancake, praised for authentic flavors and attracting a predominantly Korean clientele. While some diners appreciate attentive service and unique menu items such as jokbal and goat stew, others note inconsistencies, including delayed orders, basic side dishes, and declining food quality. Pricing has risen sharply, with complaints about extra charges for takeout containers. The cozy but cramped seating and occasional awkward service moments may affect the overall experience, leaving opinions divided between loyal fans and dissatisfied visitors.

It never comes until the customer has finished eating and leaves. All Korean restaurants do. I don't want to come to a restaurant like this again. It's foolish to charge an additional $2.50 for a container when you take out takeout food or leftover food. Do you do business by treating customers as
I only visit this restaurant for specific dishes. The tables are quite close together, which can be uncomfortable. I'm not particularly impressed with their side dishes; they tend to be very basic and seem to use low-quality ingredients.
The top Korean barbecue spot in the area! The staff is incredibly attentive; they mostly handle all the grilling for me.
Food was alright, but the vibe was a bit weird. We were given an extra soup that we didn’t order. We thought it was a free dish since we ordered a lot of other food and I’ve had it for free at other Korean restaurants before. However, half way through eating it the server said it was given to the wrong table and took it away. I would think she would let us finish and just let us know it was a mistake on their end. So they rather throw it away then let us finish? Also they were trying to charge for to go containers. Since when are these not included while purchasing food.
