Chick-fil-a Golf Mill - Niles

Today I tried chicken at this restaurant for the first time, expecting high quality, but I was disappointed. The chicken tenders were of lower quality compared to other fast food restaurants. The chicken sandwich was unexpectedly large, but the chicken itself was bland and served on a dry bun. I got sick with salmonella after eating here and I would rather eat at any other chicken restaurant than come back here. The only positive aspect was the friendly staff.

I am giving this restaurant a 5-star rating because of one outstanding employee named Billy. He was exceptional and provided incredible service. Billy is a true asset to the team and made my experience truly enjoyable. I highly recommend coming here to experience their exceptional customer service!

The staff was friendly and patient, as I was indecisive about what to order. This restaurant is set up for quick and efficient service. The nuggets were delicious and the salad was well-prepared and nicely presented.

Nice personal and fast service. but let me tell them after a long hard day of work when they think “yes, PICKLES” on their chicken sandwich, this apology for them is devastating. not crazy, just heart broken.

First time visiting this new location Came around 630pm (Wednesday). Chick-fil-A Drive-Thrus are typically busy come dinnertime but I decided to go in and order take-out. Chick-fil-A service is always friendly, courteous, and top notch, but I was more impressed and appreciative now, seeing how busy to-go orders were coming in. I ordered 3 meals and left <10min. This staff is great! A customer had an error with their DoorDash order, but the Manager made it right without question.
