Description
A nostalgic, old-school Italian with a cozy fireplace and lively bar, serving standout classics (baked clams, lasagna, tiramisu, eggplant parm) alongside uneven dishes and preparation. Service is hit-or-miss—warm and attentive at times, slow or inattentive at others—and the dining room shows signs of wear. Popular for martinis, Chianti, business lunches and private events, it’s charming for adults but not ideal for families with young children due to limited kids’ options and inconsistent execution.

Drove past a million times and always curious. Dined with 11 friends on a weeknight. Restaurant not crowded. As we were waiting for the last few members of our party, service was terrible. The waitress didn 't come by to ask for our drink order until everyone was there. Pretty weird. We all ordered dinners and yet no bread baskets until we began eating.Right before we ordered, another waitress was brought and they each took one table side, i.e. only 4-5 people. The red- headed waitress was only slightly better than the young lady with dark hair and Eastern European accent. I had to seek her out for refills. We HAD TO ASK for grated cheese at an Italian restaurant.I ordered the homemade gnocchi. I substituted tomato cream sauce for vodka sauce because never in my entire Italian life have I ever had Vodka sauce with onions. Very weird.Minestrone soup so-so. The potato gnocchi were kinda heavy- the antithesis of good gnocchis. AND they were chewy, meaning they were undercooked. Tomato- cream sauce runny.Neither waitress checked on us during meal. Again, had to seek them out for more drinks, etc.The atmosphere was probably once very nice. The strings of warm, white lights were homey along with the fireplace. But other than that, place looked shabby and dusty.A plate of pasta was $20. It included soup or salad.I. Will never, ever return. Too many other restaurants that have way better service and much better food.
Great Italian food, drinks, and service! Reasonable prices! Nice ? bar and a video slots to boot
The best part of my Christmas was their Baled clams ! An old-school charming restaurant with a nice fireplace and a big bar,… try the lasagna too ??Don’t forget to grab a glass of ? Chianti ? at the bar while you wait for your pick
I've driven by this restaurant several times and always found it intriguing from the outside, but unfortunately, it was a big letdown in many aspects. I ordered pizza and a salad, both of which were lackluster at best. The overall condition of the restaurant felt run-down and unclean. It's a shame because I genuinely wanted to enjoy my experience here. On a positive note, it seems like the bar attracts quite a crowd.
