Since there have been some negative revisions lately I was a little apprehensive about food quality. But the beef noodle soup i ordered allayed my fears. Good pieces of beef in a flavorful broth with cooked noodles. Thai beef soup has a lot of similarities with pho, main differences being a darker thicker soup with little more sweetness and star anise. Well executed View all feedback.

This is not the original Soms. The real Soms is now located at San Marcos in Poblacion.
The family behind Som’s, that beloved Thai restaurant, wants its name back
This restaurant is not the original Som’s. The original family is already agreeing that they can keep the recipes, just return the name of the restaurant to the original owner who is already bedridden.
