My favorite filipino food restaurant. Perfect for family gathering. I love the kare kare, isaw, sisig etc. never had an issue with their staff in Rada branch

Serving time took more than 20mins but their dishes are worth the wait!

Sarsa is always a favorite in our list of Filipino food options. Our visit in this branch was excellent because of very attentive staff and prompt serving of orders. We had kansi, isaw, special batchoy, batchoy ramen, and crispy pancit (I forgot if this is batchoy or bulalo). I loved the kansi as it was close to the best kansi I have tried in Bacolod. Isaw was also the best as there was no bad aftertaste. I also liked the crispy pancit but did not taste the flavor it was supposed to be. Special batchoy was also good but batchoy ramen was too salty for me. Overall, Sarsa did not fail in providing us good food so we will definitely be back on this branch.

Eating at Sarsa is always a good idea. Great food, awesome service and an overall great experience everytime. I love their isaw, sizzling kansi, coconut grilled liempo, twice-cooked pork belly and laing! I'm salivating just thinking about these dishes!
