I never thought grilled veggie sandwich will be this good! I mean really GOOD. All the flavors of the sauteed onions, bell peppers and veggies are superb. Umamilicious !!! Very satisfying way of eating healthy. For the rice meal favorite, I recommended to a friend their Tapa tender marinaded meat with heirloom rice and egg. Good place to pick up healthy food! I started with a cup of Lagundi Herbal Tea, which is refreshing and good for protection against colds and cough. I picked up 3 dishes for our dinner. Best was Bistek with Mushroom Baguette. Small half sandwich but tasty with good ingredients. Salted Egg Chicken Longanisa Pasta was tasty but a touch dry. Spinach Cheese Quesadilla was rather thin and skimpy for it's price. Good thing the Quesadilla and sandwich came with a small salad portion

Favorite go-to place whenever I feel like eating healthy without spending so much. It’s also nice because they have a retail store where you can buy all the ingredients from the meal you just ordered so you can make it at home.

I was looking for good gifts to give to my friends this season. Something that is both economical and sustainable. Lots of sustainable shops have been popping up here and there in the metro. And that makes me glad. Now, there are more shops to choose from. One such shop is this store in Makati which I have been following for quite some time now on Instagram. Since this was just a few blocks from my office, I was surprised to know that it’s more than just a store. It was a cafe too.

Must eat in this place ???? so far..i tried the mushroom burger, citrus watermelon mint shake and kasaba chips...im so happy ???? great to know there is an organic food place near my work ????
