Pizzacafé Desem - Feedback

What Amanda Martin likes about Pizzacafé Desem:
A week ago I went to dinner with my partner, we loved it, the waitresses were super attentive and friendly, the pizzas were really good, I now have my trusted place in Nijmegen. A detail that I had not seen in the Netherlands (I am Spanish and have been living here for two years) is that when they brought us drinks, they also brought a free bottle of water, we liked it a lot. Unfortunately, in my opinion, the pizzas were not baked far enough. Although the sourdough is tasty, the crust was not crispy and I found the pizza to be very sparsely topped. The coppa beforehand was delicious. The tiramisu was way too wet. The cocktails were good, but very low in alcohol, otherwise they would have been perfect.
