What MvdD doesn't like about Pizzacafé Desem:
Unfortunately, in my opinion, the pizzas were not baked far enough. Although the sourdough is tasty, the crust was not crispy and I found the pizza to be very sparsely topped. The coppa beforehand was delicious. The tiramisu was way too wet. The cocktails were good, but very low in alcohol, otherwise they would have been perfect. Picked up pizza today at Desem. We were really looking forward to it. It was very busy, so we couldn't pick up our order until 7:45 PM, which wasn't a problem for us. I was in the shop at 7:40 PM. Once home, both pizzas were already cold. I think they had been ready in the restaurant for a while, because I live around the corner. The cheese pizza still had a lot of flavor, but the spicy sausage pizza had virtually no tomato sauce. I looked at the bottom of the base and 5 slices of mozzarella...
