Sān Jí Wū Xī Kū Běn Diàn

昭和なお店の昭和なラーメンです。麺も具材もスープも基本に忠実で、奇をてらったところがありません。学食とか社員食堂で提供されるわりとどうでもいい感じのラーメンを徹底的に改良したら、ここのラーメンになりそうです。「普通に美味しい」との表現がこれほど似付かわしいラーメンはそうはないように思います。 燕三条背脂ラーメン、長岡生姜醤油ラーメンのようなわかりやすい特徴がないゆえ観光客向けコンテンツとしてはインパクトに欠けるのは否めませんが、こちらも悪くないご当地グルメです。

2021.10.14訪問 お店監修？の生ラーメン（おそらくスーパーに売っている）に感動して来店。ほぼ同じ味でした。懐かしい中にもレベルの高い一杯で、常連さんばかりでした。お店の狭さから相席にされがちですが、皆さん黙々と食べているのでさほど気になりません。以前はラーメンの中でいちばん嫌いな系統でしたが、三吉屋さんのはとても美味しいと思います。

I went to Wars il Ramen in W and tried their classic Chinze Nouveau (Normal) and special Mina Hiyaki Dori's Duping. Wow, both were amazing! The noodles were perfectly chewy and the broth was flavorful. The atmosphere was cozy and the service was prompt. My only complaint is that there was only female staff working, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, I highly recommend this place for delicious Niigata ramen.

This restaurant offers traditional soy sauce-based ramen dishes. It has been in operation for 35 years, but its reputation predates that by another 60 years! It is popular among locals. Give it a try, but be aware that they do not have English menus and may not speak English. The menu includes 3 options: Chuka-Ramen, wanton ramen, and chashu-ramen.
