Armonia - Niigata

I highly recommend this place. A hole in the wall that you may find a difficult time if you are not a local. The outside looks like a typical home for the area, but inside is a charming cozy restaurant upstairs. Be ready to climb a steep staircase. We had the Shabu Shabu with fat bacon slices that made the will infused broth much more tasteful. Rice was brought to the end and the broth was added to make risotto. Interesting, especially with a chip of parmesan cheese. The meal was covered with a creamy, not too sweet pear ice cream. We are very happy and happy.

My wife found this shop online. The food was certainly experimental, and it was not tasted in Tokyo, so it is interesting. The hoccia kneaded with Niigata miso is soaked in the salad tofu dressing. Handmade pasta ショウman was made with meat, raw corn, and perhaps Chinese pepper.
