Sonic Drive-in - Nicholasville

My fiancé took me here to have my first Sonic experience! This location was great in terms of both food and service.The food came out fast and hot. We got hotdogs, Cherry Limeades to drink, and I got a M&M mixer for dessert. Everything was great! The guy taking our order and who brought our food out to us was also kind, helpful and prompt.This Sonic location is a great place for quick bite!Parking: The whole Sonic concept is that you park in one of their parking spots and each one has a kiosk which you order from. They bring out your food once your order is confirmed. So the parking lot is also your where everyone eats in their cars!Kid-friendliness: Burgers, fries, the usually American fair that kids love!Wheelchair accessibility: They bring your order out to your car, so it is very accessible.

I took an item back today because it was missing a key component. I was polite. They fixed it, but didn’t acknowledge me and topped it off with an eye roll when handing it to me. Classy :

Order was completely wrong really difficult when you’re trying to deal with someone autistic who cannot eat certain things when I order one of things specific and they mess it up completely. Never

I eat here often after work, never had an issue. Tonight I went to grab some food and my order was messed up from the jump. Kid taking my order made me repeat myself 4 times when ordering my drink. I asked for sweet tea, got regular, asked for ranch with my mozzarella sticks never received any, and my burger was literally thrown together, i had to reassemble it when i opened it. Was just a bad experience, maybe they have new employees i don't know

Don't like nothing about this place if I could I would give the rating a 00 but it"s not applicable the food is gross and discussing I don't like nothing about this place yuk....!
