The brisket was delicious as always, but the chips were missing when my order was delivered. I called Firehouse, and the lady I spoke with apologized and said it was their fault for not putting them in the bag. She was very nice about it and tookresponsibility which is rare these days. The sub sandwich I bought was very good!?? I also ordered the potato soup, it was delicious; but it contained more soup than potato!?
