Fazoli's - Nicholasville

I had dinner here tonight, and Ashari provided excellent service. My husband ordered the chicken Alfredo, which was served cold, but it was promptly replaced. Overall, everything else was great, although the sweet tea tasted a bit stale.

It was okay, but not good. I got mozzarella cheese skewers and they were very greasy and not crisp on the outside. It seemed like they were put in when the oil wasn?t hot enough, and they had to cook them to death to get them brown. On the plus side,the workers were very pleasant, polite, and efficient. I?ll give this Fazoli?s another try just because of the good workersthere. Surely they just had a bad fried cheese day.

Slowest restaurant I?ve ever been to. Been in line at drive thru for 30 minutes. Then told to pull up and wait, I literally ordered spaghetti with meat sauce. So I?m sitting here looking in the window at the absolute empty dining room (seriously, don?tsee 1 person in there eating) how ridiculous.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience today! The cashier and server, A'shan M, truly cared for us. She radiated happiness and clearly loved her job. She frequently checked in to see if everything was going well and if we needed anything else. I will definitely be coming back to eat here again. The food was served quickly and was delicious! Five stars from a devoted pasta lover!

I haven't lived near a Fazoli's in many years, so it was great to move here and discover there's one close by. The food was exactly as I remembered—delicious and satisfying. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making our visit enjoyable. Overall, we had a wonderful time as a family.
