We had very nice cocktails and a great appetite (which we complicated the restaurant, but then my partner got a burned Veggie Burger that did not appear in accordance with the quality of the other food. The patty was tasteless and burned (the only thing we could taste. A huge contrast to the other food. We told the waitress and they offered to mix them again. However, the second burger was exactly the same as the first, so it seems to be a recipe problem. We told the waitress our feedback, but the waitress only offered excuses like 'what awaits you from a veggie burger, it's prefabricated, it's not really steak, etc. and did not want to listen to our feedback. Veggie burgers can be made very tasteful, but they appeared stubborn that it was tasteless simply normal. My partner left with an empty stomach and we paid the full price for the uneven dish. The rude service and lack of care for us as customers (not even a single excuse or try to make it better, made us feel very disappointed. Then we left a review on another platform that explains this situation. However, the owners decided our honest review (which mentions what we also enjoyed, e.g. cocktails and starters deserve an attack and called 'bad people'. Instead of giving a customer-centric experience for our special night, the owners made my partner hungry and later angry by their sheer disregard and intense rest. Every positive feeling or experience we had before the burger was completely washed out when they decided to attack us to give them feedback. Would strongly recommend this place because of the appalling unfriendly setting of the restaurant.
