Today we booked our hotel hyatt regency 3 beds at 15 o'clock. unfortunately we had no pleasant experience. we came to the exact time, but there were no bets. 15... read more Today we booked our hotel hyatt regency 3 beds at 15 o'clock. unfortunately we had no pleasant experience. we came to the exact time, but there were no bets. 15 minutes later they gave us a 2 person bed while the...3rd nowhere remained. 10 minutes later I checked and they delivered the 3rd bed far from us. No English menus that are not very welcome especially in a tourist area for visitors. we wanted to order the burger without BBQ sauce. the waiter said not allowed because the kitchen is going crazy. we didn't want to add anything or make important changes just to exclude the BBQ sauce. we were allowed to remove the sardels from the salate. that has no meaning. we immediately canceled the order and left the place.
