The kind welcome and excellent service. I am Japanese and it is a very interesting experience. The style has been changed by adding the French touch, but it’s good (sauce soy salt and ginger, they’re Japanese! . when I feel nostalgic, I’m going home. I can enjoy it as a Japanese. View all feedback.
What ლაშა გრიგალაშვილი doesn't like about Planet Sushi:
We visited this place after I checked the menu, and the pictures of sushi were amazing. We ordered sushi plate with a soup,cabbage salad, and a salmon sashimi. We received suop and salad in 10 minutes it was okey. Than we were waiting 40 minutes for the sushi. The quality was very poor. For me the salmon was not fresh, the rise was too "gluey". I had tuna chirashi. It was not BAD, but I had a similar dish at another sushi restaurant a few doors down on another day (see my recent review), and theirs was MUCH fresher. Also, in a chirsahi dish I expect the rice to be served warm. The rice tasted like it had been sitting around for some time. Other than that, the service was friendly and professional.
Passed today with my friend who is a vegetarian and we chose the sushi bar option. As We installed and about to eat we noticed that there were no plates that were vegetarian... kindly asking the server he went and talked to the kitchen and came back simply stating that they didn't feel like making any. We tried talking to the manager, who was busy barking orders at the staff, and pretty much got a 'too bad-i don't care' answer . Ready to get up and leave altogether we decided to give another chance and just change and order a la carte. Terrible, over priced and extremely small. Such a disappointment . The McDonald's of sushi. Never again will We be returning !
I am Japanese and I know how sushi is supposed to be. Their sushi rice is so terrible so do not order any nigiri. Their making sushi which has a lot of sause on it could district your fast buts!? Though a boil of cavage salad and miso soup were decent.
Waiting time of 2 hours for delivery, they made mistakes in our order and they did not even offer anything to make up for that... Very bad experience that I do not recommend
They have a promotion of all u can eat lunchtime for EUR14.00 , dinnertime for EUR 19.00; not bad, why not to try. I took a seat and after short time I have noticed, that all sushi plates on the sushitrain are the same. With very,very little modification. A bit later I have noticed minuscule note, saying it is applicable only to yellow and lila plates. Sorry Planetshushi, but it is a cheat on guestes! I have immediately decided not to take and to go for sashimi bento box. Tuna slices could have not been any smallet, salmon ok. No vasabi, no ginger, no soya souce. After I have asked for, with 10 min interval I got wasabi and soya sauce. As for ginger I have given up. And the staff, youg crew in their 20th, highly unintersted and coming across quite on the arrogant side. Never again ! And no wifi - nowadays ?Really ?
