The Pizza is not a gourmet pizza but you would be a fool to expect that for 9€. The Pizza is, however, an absolutely decent Pizza, which i would recommend to anyone looking for a meal in Nice. I ordered the Pizza Espagnole, which contained a quality salami and peppers, and was very satisfied. The location was within walking distance to the beach, which makes the place perfectly suited for a beach picnic. Lastly, we paid a measly 2€ for 50 cl heinekin, which is a bargain. There are supermarkets in this town that charge more. Everything taken into consideration (price, location, quality), this is an easy 5/5 place.
