We have waited for over 20 min to get the menu and after we placed the order it took 45 minutes to get the food (a pizza is baked within 2-3 minutes). Furthermore, please note: it is obvious that Spanish people get served first. Pasta/pizza was good though…
It’s rare that one pays money to be ignored but unfortunately, that’s exactly what happened here. Both the food and the drinks took absolutely ages to come. Once it was served the waitress who served us was not interested in whether It was ok or not and certainly didn’t come round to check; it wasn’t. The food was poor and the mozzarella pot was almost empty with most of what was in there stuck on the bottom when it was dumped unceremoniously on our table. We tried at various points in the meal to get the attention of the waitress; what we got was studied indifference. They really have this down to an art form stare straight ahead and pretend you didn’t see the customer. At the end of the meal, we tried, politely, to explain the problem. We got nothing more than a plastic smile, a comment denying any problem and the bill. No acknowledgement of poor performance and no listening skills. This is a restaurant that just doesn’t care which in a place as beautiful as Nice with so many excellent restaurants is a crying shame. Give this one a miss because trust me, you can do a lot better in this wonderful city.
Food and atmosphere was good but the people serving and their attitude was very poor bordering on rude: clearly did not appreciate tourists wanting to eat at their cafe.
When we got to the place we got a refreshing glass of cold water then ordered a vegetarian pizza, spaghetti, pasta and pizza margarita...the pizza’s were delicious People should definitely pay a visit :
