We chose to sit opposite the kitchen, which was fascinating. If you can get a seat there, it’s worth the show watching the chef fill orders and his staff working around him in a very confined space. We ordered, the delicious Caesar salad and an entrée of chicken. I have provided photos of our beautiful lunch.

They were kind enough to inform me that there was a... read more I came to this restaurant a couple of weeks ago around the dinner rush on a Saturday without a reservation. They were kind enough to inform me that there was a table available and we had around 90 minutes to eat (which was plenty). This was really appreciated as we had been turned away from a restaurant because no reservations. Onto the food: We had the seared scallops with the foei gras, they served these with a specific bread and it was absolutely amazing. The foei gras was rich and soft. The scallops were cooked to perfection. We then had the Ribeye and the truffle mushroom risotto for our entrees. This has to be the best truffle mushroom risotto i’ve ever had in my life. The ribeye was also seasoned and cooked to a beautiful medium rare. The service was amazing too, helped us pair different wines for appetizers and entrees. I will 100% come back to this place next time I am in Nice. One thing i thoroughly enjoyed was the open kitchen and the efficiency and delicacy in which they cook. It was mesmerizing to see it. Keep up the good work folks.
