The place wa... read more This is a splendid basic cafe - small but with several tables on the pavement outside.Came across it by chance, and decided to have an early lunch. The place was quiet, but soon filled up with locals who appeared to be mainly regulars - always a good sign.Excellent freshly made food; I had a large omelette with ham, cheese, and mushrooms, served with home-made chunky fries. Delicious.Friendly and helpful staff (family run?) and a very good meal. Thoroughly recommended.

It was quiet, but filled up quickly with local diners (a good sign) who seemed to be regulars.I had a (huge) omelette with ham, cheese, and mushrooms - served with salad and chunky home fries. Absolutely delicious and fresh.This is a splendid little restaurant and I thoroughly recommend it.
