We stopped here after dinner for some crepes on our last night in Nice. Personally, we didn't find the service all that bad. The owners English is limited, which might come off as rude to some, but if you try to speak in French she is very friendly. I stupidly used this cafe giving it the benefit of the doubt three times as they were one of the only places I knew that had dairy free milk. Anyway the owner is terrible all three times she was eating food while making crepes and serving me and other customers. The look on her face is boredom and unenthusastic. The owner was absolutely horrible, making rude remarks in Italian thinking we didn't understand because we were sitting in one of the chairs while my husband was carrying my sleeping kid while he choose an ice cream. She was racist, snob and rude, specially because my husband has a beard and long hair!We walked out there, and never Again!!!!!!!! The people working there were so embarrassed apologizing for the owners behavior. Good products and terrible experience!!!
Didn't expect bad reviews at all, because we were quite satisfied with the service! Vegan ice cream was really great and tasty, but what stood out was freshly made ice cream cone! It is so delicious! You have gluten free and vegan options so I can really recommend this place. We didn't sit there so we can not comment on other things mentioned here.
This delightful little organic cafe offers gluten-free, vegan ice cream, plus gluten-free sweet and savoury crepes, and a delectable selection of more conventional ice creams and sundaes. Very friendly staff who are willing to decipher bad French and leap into English when necessary.
Ice is good. And waitresses are loves! I frequent this place often and really staff is wonderful sweet beautiful. The price is a little high unfortunately
