En vacances à Nice, nous avons diné en famille dans cette brasserie du centre ville qui propose des spécialités du sud-ouest.Nos avons goûté et apprécié notamme... read more En vacances à Nice, nous avons diné en famille dans cette brasserie du centre ville qui propose des spécialités du sud-ouest.Nos avons goûté et apprécié notamment le foie gras maison que nous avons trouvé bon et bien équilibré en goût, la planche de charcuteries de pays généreusement servie et un Malbec, vin du sud-ouest que nous ne connaissions pas A noter aussi le service attentif mais pas chichiteux, on nous a gentiment proposé une chaise bébé pour notre petite fille et l'addition tout à fait raisonnable pour Nice. Je pense que nous y retournerons lors de notre prochain séjour dans la région.

The... read more We went by this place in search of somewhere to eat. The place was empty but the menu sounded nice.We were greeted by a lovely lady who was very welcoming. The service was great. The food arrived quickly, was very good, and the whole meal felt like something a grandmother could have made. The prices where low, and they served good wine. I would really recomend this place if you are looking for authentic homemade French cuisine

Di fatto a 2 passi dall´hotel dove ho soggiornato, mi hanno colpito i menu esposti e la possibilita´ di acquistare pate`...Preso il menu a 22,90, che da´diritto... read more Di fatto a 2 passi dall´hotel dove ho soggiornato, mi hanno colpito i menu esposti e la possibilita´ di acquistare pate`...Preso il menu a 22,90, che da´diritto a un antipasto, ad un piatto principale e a un dolce (tutto rispettato!).Preso 2 pate´ freschi, poi un magret di anatra con riduzione di more, ed una steak con salsa al fois gras. Entrambe i piatti con contorno, abbastanza abbondanti! Il tutto cotto a punto!Come dolce un gradevole tiramisu e un dolce al cioccolato caldo..Un quartino di vino a 6€, acqua di fonte gratuita.Servizio senza fronzoli e molto gentile la padrona, locale d´antan ma tipico.Ottima cena dunque, e il giorno dopo, prima di partire, acquistato fois gras (25€ 250gr, 38€ 500gr), e non per niente avevo frigorino con me!

They’d decided to make the whole p... read more The food, service etc may have been great, but I never got to experience them as the restaurant refused to honour my booking. They’d decided to make the whole place available to a tour party, but didn’t bother telling me until I arrived. First time that’s happened with a Fork booking.
