The first waitress was clearly annoyed that she couldn't offer us a main course, which we'd already eaten, but at last took our orders in a rude manner. We didn't feel good about being there, but we are the silent kind of people. Perhaps she was overly stressed. The restaurant isn't that big, but the staff was hasting all the time, I've never seen anything like it, so they were clearly undermanned. The food and drinks was as you would expect it to be. A young waitress giving us the bill was friendly and polite. She gave the best impression of this restaurant.

The plat de jour was good value and of course the pizza wa... read more There was a good buzz at lunch time in a spacious room with high ceilings and an enormous pizza oven. The plat de jour was good value and of course the pizza was huge and delicious. Service was cheerful if slightly erratic.
