What Guillem Cabrera doesn't like about L'Amuse Bouche:
sat with my daughter and eaten in this restaurant l’amuse bouche. place garibaldi is a place a little hidden (at least for me), but this evening there were Salsa dancers who practice right next to us while they danced my daughter. a video of them that loves my great daughter only. so it was a double pleasure to eat in this restaurant on this place, I will come next time to nizza. Found this little gem on the first day of our recent trip to Argeles sur mer. The place was full at lunch time which we took to be a good sign as it was the dead of winter and many other restaurants were totally empty. We did feel a bit apprehensive at first as we don't speak much French and were unsure of the welcome we would get. However we needn't have worried. Our waiter was fabulous, friendly and looked after us beautifully. Although quite cold outside we sat in the tented outside area which was more than adequately heated with a patio heater. We both ordered the dish of the day which included a quinoa salad, followed by a steak and butternut, with apple pie to finish. All washed down with a local Collioure red wine. All were well presented and cooked perfectly. When we got the bill we were pleasantly surprised to see that the cost of the food was less than the bottle of wine!!Thanks guys - lovely experience.
My husband and I enjoyed a meal here during a recent visit. We booked via 'The Fork' which gave us a 30% reduction on the bill. We shared a Charcuterie Board to start which was beautiful and had a good selection of meat/cheese and chutney and the we both had pizza as a main course. We shared a dessert which was a sweet french toast with salted caramel icecream - outstanding! While we were there it was happy hour on the wine too (6-8pm). The restaurant is on Place Garibaldi and we took advantage of the outside seating in a lovely square. The staff were friendly and the service good. I would return here if back in Nice.
This is excellent place to have drinks on sunny day at terrasse. Nice friendly service. Highly recommended
On the lively Place Garibaldi, L'Amuse Bouche is a decent place to eat. We shared a Salade de Chevre (goat cheese) and a Quatre Fromage (4-cheese) pizza. Both were very good, followed by Molleuax Chocolate dessert, which was nice. We had a pichet the house rose wine, it pretty thin (should have ordered a bottle of better stuff). Total price was about $50.Our young waiter was friendly and spoke good English. There are several places to get similar food on the square.

Ceasar salad, pasta, lasagne for those looking for a simple dinner, but also a slow cooked lamb shank prepared to perfection.During the major sporting event (EURO 2016) there were 2 large tv's out there and Jerremy and Chris, bar's motor force, were more than helpful. On a quiet day a perfect place for a lazy afternoon, coffee and people watching.
