Feedback
What a perfect place! Perfect food and perfect host. We had the t-bone steak and lamb shank after Burata with tomato and prociutto melon. We had one of the 8 tables and 50 guests after us was turned down. (Big restaurant, big problems. Famous tyre company, where are you? Be there 18:00! Love from Norway!
Oh boy, is this a find!! Tucked away in a back street in downtown Nice, two brothers and their sister oversee a stunning Italian restaurant with but 20 seats. There are no reservations but folks are happy to come and wait their turn. Everything out front is handled by the younger brother a charming you man who manages the queue, serves drinks to those waiting, takes orders, delivers order and picks up the used plates. He does this with a smile on his face and friendly banter. So impressive! We had an arrabbiata dish with a made that day from fresh ingredients red sauce. Spectacular! Melon and prosciutto with a few walnuts atop and a tiny green salad to complement the basic ingredients. The bruschetta was as good as any I have had traveling through Italy and the world over the years. Our adjoining table had a spectacular lamb shank along with a beef brochette. The menu isn't very big, but it's unusually diverse. Each dish was full on delicious and had an interesting little twist. This is a rare chance to experience a young team on their way to culinary stardom!
