Crispy on the edges, soft and slightly creamy in the center, with just the right amount of olive oil and seasoning this is how socca is meant to taste. The place is always buzzing with locals and tourists alike, which adds to its charm. You order at the counter, find a spot at the shared tables outside, and soak up the lively Old Town atmosphere. Don’t expect fine dining; this is casual, fast, and delicious. We also tried the pissaladière and fried zucchini flowers fantastic, but honestly, I’d go back just for the socca.
