over-assembled burger smashé medium enough. This is the second time that I try the experience and the observation is always the same: it is not immangeable but it is not frankly tasty either. It’s the same for the fries. prices are nevertheless cheap. View all feedback.

It’s just the best burger in Nice! Believe me you won't find any better in Nice... I specify that they are smash burger so it is normal that the meat is crushed.. In any case very successful I go there once a week, I am a big fan!!

The best burger in town : The open kitchen was really nice. Tables are limited but you don't have to wait long to get a table. The dishes and prices are reasonable. The service is excellent.
Good burgers overall. The Classic burger was nice and did not taste artificial. The patty was pretty small so I would recommend taking strictly two patty burgers. The bun was soft and great. They also put some mustard which added spiciness. The patty size also brings us to the question of price that is above reasonable by ~2 EUR in my opinion. The staff was friendly. Given the quality was good, I can imagine coming back but it’s definitely not going to be a go to place

Bubu burger located in the heart of Nice, France specialize in smash burgers made with high quality and fresh ingredients. They serve homemade buns freshly made daily in their labs and according to them they sold out daily to guarantee freshness and quality. Since it’s my first time, I ordered the simple cheese with double patties of course. This one hits with pure comfort vibes. The patties come with a crisp edge that gives every bite a nice snap while still staying juicy inside. The cheese melts right into the meat and pulls everything together in the best way. The bun is soft and holds everything well, though I’d love it a bit more toasted with a touch more butter for extra richness. One of the best burger we have eaten. Burger meat is a little bit different from other burgers but in a good sense, tastier and in perfect harmony with the rest of ingredients.
Fantastic burgers, nice service and quite quick. We could tell it was popular as there was a queue in the street. Wouldn’t bother with the cheesy fries again.
