The mozzarella was cre... read more I had a Capricciosa pizza at Acqua Farina and it was genuinely very good. The crust was light and airy with that perfect Neapolitan char. The mozzarella was creamy and the toppings like artichokes mushrooms and ham were fresh and well balanced. Each bite had that comforting authentic Italian flavor that really hit the spot. The place is casual and lively with a warm interior and cozy outdoor seating on a quiet side street. Service was decent though not especially fast but nothing to complain about. All in all a great pizza experience in the heart of Nice. Definitely worth a visit if you are craving proper Neapolitan style. Would have been five stars if the service had been a bit more attentive or the vibe a bit more memorable but for the food alone it is a strong four. So if you are sensitive the pizza is probably not safe. They do also have a gluten free tiramisu which we got as well, came in a little pre packaged (so probably not made in house container and was mostly custard which I liked, but partner (a tiramisu connoisseur! was not so keen on.
