I have not had such authentic Indian food in some time let alone in Nice. A place worth visiting.

Jignesh shah and his wife run the place in a basement in massena place, and it is definitely hard to find. Also, it's a small place and since the couple cooks the food in real time themselves, if can be time consuming. But boy, is it worth it. It's some of the best Indian food I've ever had- including restaurants in india. We had been to noories, as was recommended by the hotel concierge and trip advisor ratings, but this one is way better, by a huge margin. Once we ate at Namaste india, we didn't eat anywhere else and came back to it for the rest of our stay in Nice. Ask for the black dal, and paneer tikka masala. It's the BOMB.
