Their happy hour is amazing, with drinks for just $4 from 3 to 6 PM, seven days a week. It's truly incredible! You have to try it when you're in the city.

The pickings were slim, so I took a ch... read more While staying in Upper Lake, I was hoping to find a place to have dinner without traveling very far. We ended up in Nice. The pickings were slim, so I took a chance at Romi 's. We were greeted by a super friendly server, and were happy to learn we could bring our pup with us if we dined outside. We ordered a beer on tap and a bottled sparkling water while we perused the menu. There were flies everywhere, likely because the meat smokers were located close to the dining patio. Our server brought a small container of water with ice in it for our pup. While we were deciding, she was kind enough to let us know a party of 10 had just walked in in case we were ready to order. We decided on a John Wayne Burger with coleslaw and a Tri Tip Salad. My husband felt his burger was just alright , but I personally enjoyed the Tri Tip Salad. The meat was smoked and had fantastic flavor. The crunch of the bell peppers paired with the sweetness of the dried cranberries adorned with vinaigrette made for great flavor. Fantastic salad! This place is a bit of a dive, but I can vouch for their smoked meats.

Probably won't... read more Service was fast but who puts big pieces of onion in coleslaw? I was disappointed in the food. I had heard great reviews but mine wasn't so good. Probably won't go back. The BBQ smells so good but food not so much. I tried them 2 years ago food wasn't very good then either. We used to go there for lunch most Fridays years ago..Food was really good but the service was slow..guess u can't have it all.
