Sift Bake Shop Niantic - Feedback

What Ariana restaurants doesn't like about Sift Bake Shop Niantic:
I was rather disappointed with this bakery after hearing such good things about it. I’d say everything looked a lot better than it tasted. The pistachio macaron was pretty flavorless and the opera cake and lemon tart were mediocre. I love baked goods, but ended up not finishing anything I bought here. Coffee was just ok. Provided one extra star for the coffee and baked goods. The food on the shelf isn’t fresh however besides the baked goods; cookies etc. The sandwhiches are very dried out and oxygenated. Avocado on toast: the avocado is black because sitting out too long. Same with the salmon which is also dried and sliced too thickly; it should be very very thin and as fresh as possible.
