McDonalds - Niagara On The Lake

Considering the Tourist Attraction they are next to, you might expect them to have enough staff, to serve the crowds of people. Took an hour and a half to eat at McDonalds. That said, the food was fine, there was adequate seating and the restaurant was clean and well maintained.

This location is pretty nicely renovated and probably one of the nicer McDonald's I've visited. The food was typical, of course.

Staff are not very polite should have better training in manners to busy doing what they are told not very professional.food to McDonald standard

Slow serving of food and the worst employee service I have ever seen. I ordered ice cream and the service board said that there was like 14 people's orders, ahead of me so I walked outside a sec when I came back in there was still 10 orders ahead of mine. I waited and my order suddenly disappeared from the board. When I ask what happen they said that the time I walked out they called my order. But since i wasnt there they left my icecream to melt for the past 20minutes i was waiting for my icecream. After, they served me melted ice cream. Never going back.

As with many locations, there are two drive through lines. We were told to wait at ours. Meanwhile, the other line continued to process orders and at least three cars were processed before anyone spoke to us. When we arrived to pick up our orders, we were asked to wait beyond the line because they had temporarily run out of eggs. When our food arrived several minutes later, the eggs were undercooked and there was uncooked egg all over the English muffin. It would appear that this location has difficulty managing logistics.
