Probably the worst drinks quality of all stores. My drinks are watered down and taste nothing like it should be. Store employees walked past us several times and ignored customers that are waiting in line. At least acknowlege the customers and saying something like “I will be right with you” but no. The girl in front of me trying to get their attention but they walked by her 3-4 times and won’t make eye contact View all feedback.
Went to the Taylor Street, Niagara on the Lake Starbucks because I was craving Pumpkin Spice. I got a piece of PLASTIC! PLASTIC, OMG, i almost swallowed it.
PUT THAT YOUR DEBIT IS OUT AT THE START OF THE DRIVE THRU NOT THE ORDER WINDOW. SAT IN LINE FOR 15 MINS TRAPPED

The iced mocha was really good, not everyone gets it right but the one I got here was excellent!!
Being busy doesn't justify the worst service I ever had in a Starbucks ever. I had to return my drink to receive a much worse one. If you can't handle the traffic in a busy location, hire more staff or at least try to be more friendly. So disappointing!
