Williams Fresh Cafe - Niagara Falls

Williams Cafe on Dorchester Rd in Niagara Falls, Ontario is where Olivia saved my drink selection during a bit of a mix-up. I had made two changes with another server that were not satisfactory, and the drink I received was not what I had asked for. But then Olivia, another barista, took my order, brought it to my table with a smile, and even added a beautiful design on top. I am usually a Starbucks fan, but Olivia's compassion and attention to detail made me question my loyalty. She handled the situation professionally and with ease. Olivia is friendly and interactive with customers, always going above and beyond to make sure they are satisfied. The drink she made for me was perfect. Williams management should have all their baristas learn from Olivia's example of excellent customer service and efficient beverage preparation. Thank you, Olivia, from "The Splash of Coffee Latte."

I had never been to this restaurant before, but my girlfriend and I decided to stop by for a warm coffee and delicious salad while on holiday. The salad was excellent and the hot cocoa was divine! The atmosphere was cozy, the seats were comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this place!

Big food, big price forget to make a photo before it was so delicious. the best breakfast we had in a very long time. waffel was delicious, lots of fresh fruit and cream. coffee was also delicious. also expensive! highly recommended . we even ordered by doordash and eating was excellent.

How did I not start coming here years ago regularly? They have so many nice desserts nice foods. Of course all the wonderful coffees.
