Wendy's - Niagara Falls

During our trip to the Falls, we got hungry and decided to stop at Wendy's near the arcade. Despite a short wait in line, we were able to place our orders. Unfortunately, there were no clean tables available so we had to eat at a raised counter. The drink station was messy and the floor was sticky, indicating a lack of cleanliness. It seemed like the washrooms hadn't been cleaned in a while. This particular Wendy's location was not up to par due to understaffing. The food was mediocre at best and our order was poorly packed, resulting in cold burgers. The missing drink and kid's meal further contributed to our negative experience. With so many dining options available, I would not recommend giving this establishment another chance. There are better places to eat in the area.

The staff at this restaurant is always friendly and welcoming. Orders are promptly delivered and are consistently accurate. The only downside is that it is on the pricier side.

While exploring Niagara Falls, my companions and I were in search of a fast and economical dining option rather than a sit-down restaurant. We noticed a significant line at Wendy's, which we anticipated would result in a slightly longer wait than usual. It took approximately 35 minutes from joining the line to receiving our food. The prices seemed a bit higher than at other Wendy's locations, likely due to the touristy area. The food itself tasted as we expected from Wendy's.

To begin with, the interior of this Wendy's Restaurant is THE largest of any fast food restaurant I've ever seen, anywhere this would be a great stop for a bus tour group! Sandwiched between The Great Canadian Midway through which this restaurant is entered and the Movieland Wax Museum, with the picture windows on the left overlooking Clifton Hill, this Wendy's is great fun all around! Customers waiting at the counter can look behind them while they're waiting to enjoy the sights and sounds of the Midway, with which this restaurant directly connects without a doored entrance two mild warning: the approach to the Midway from Clifton Hill is rather steep, although I can manage it with my rollator; and the Midway is always packed with kiddos, so the lines at Wendy's can get long sometimes! The available fare is typical of any American or Canadian Wendy's, always fresh and good vegetarians will appreciate the side salad and the baked potato! My favorite table is the farthest table along the picture windows to the left, for an admittedly slightly silly reason: this far window is kiddie corner to the sign for the Movieland Wax Museum, which features a number of celebrities dining at this table is a little bit like having lunch with them! :D Every table is a good one, though; every view of Clifton Hill is photo worthy, and all tables and booths, near the windows or father back, have plenty of room for handicapped access the restrooms are accessible, too! With the Midway, the museum, and Clifton Hill, the carnival atmosphere at this Wendy's never ends!

We found many over priced restaurants when visiting family in Niagara Falls . We refuse to pay near 25 for a burger and fries , so we headed for Wendy's . The place is very close to the more expensive places, and has good choices . The restaurant is clean, well maintained . We got exactly what we expected and enjoyed it very much , no need to pay much more and not know what you will get . The staff was great . The dining area was very clean . Our food was fresh , hot and very tasty . Will return when in the area.
