Apparently to them the customer is always wrong.Upon relating my concern that to the manager that my pita was 6 when I clearly ordered a 9 . He suggest that I was mistaken. I told him I had a picture with a measure tape and he still told me I was wrong. This is the worst service I have ever had.It is a shame this bad experience overshadowed the meal. I also got the large poutine full loaded and it was amazing.

I got a chicken wrap on a 9 pita delivery today through DoorDash. I did NOT ask for onions. My wrap had so many fresh onions on it, it wasn't even possible to pick them all out. Even if that was possible which would have taken forever the taste was still there. So my wrap is currently in shambles in the trash, I'm hungry and now have to make myself something at home when I had kidney surgery through my back 2 weeks ago so I'm supposed to be resting. I know some onions get cooked up with the meat, but these were fresh. I'm disappointed. All I was offered from DoorDash was a $8 refund, which doesn't even cover what it cost me.

I selected the option to make my pita a salad, and got a box full of toppings with no lettuce. I don’t understand how a mistake like this gets made.
